IIRC this tends to 30G in most US-based brands but there isn’t a standard cup lettering system in the US so it can vary by brand. Since I prefer a 30 band that sister sizes to a 30F (sister sizing describes how cup volume scales with band size - the cup of a 30F and 28FF are designed to hold roughly the same amount of boob). I prefer sizing up to a 30” band instead of down to a 28”. So I have a 28.5” underbust and 36” overbust. Brands can be a bit inconsistent, but generally speaking the band size should be your underbust +/- 2 inches, and your cup size is one letter per inch difference between your underbust and overburst measurements (though again, shifting one step in either direction is pretty normal).
